Firestorm Labs directly confronts these challenges by revolutionizing how UAS are designed, manufactured, and deployed. We empower our customers by providing radically affordable and mission-adaptable aerial vehicles. Our innovative approach, centered on advanced additive manufacturing (3D printing), allows us to produce UAS at approximately one-fifth the cost and in one-tenth the time of conventional methods. The cornerstone of our offering is the Tempest UAS platform, featuring a patent-pending modular design with quick connect/disconnect assembly. This enables operators in the field to rapidly reconfigure systems for diverse missions—such as Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR), electronic warfare, or kinetic strikes—in minutes, not months. This adaptability is further enhanced by our OCTRA open-system architecture, which prevents vendor lock-in and ensures our platforms can evolve with future technologies and threats. To address the critical issue of contested logistics, Firestorm developed xCell, a semi-automated, expeditionary manufacturing cell. Housed within a standard shipping container, xCell allows warfighters to 3D-print drones, essential replacement parts, and mission-specific payloads directly at the operational edge, even in off-grid scenarios. This capability drastically reduces dependence on vulnerable, centralized supply chains and ensures that critical aerial assets can be produced and deployed with unprecedented speed and flexibility, truly democratizing deterrence and enhancing operational resilience. We build our solutions as 'flying software platforms,' ensuring that with software-driven autonomy and modular payloads, our drones adapt as quickly as the fight evolves, keeping our users ahead of the curve.
