Why we need you:
We're seeking a skilled Data Analyst with a proven track record in navigating vast amounts of data to join our Data Strategy team. This role is crucial in spearheading essential data quality improvement initiatives to enable our users to plan better, hire right, and decide faster.
Data is at the heart of our product. Our unique 3D data empowers customers to make informed decisions that surpass the capabilities of traditional keyword searches. You will be responsible for diagnosing and triaging complex data issues, advising stakeholders on critical decisions backed by data, and uncovering insights within vast datasets to provide innovative solutions to various data challenges.
In this role, you will become a trusted advisor for stakeholders regarding the data at Findem. Our customer base ranges from small, founder-operated start-ups to Fortune 500 global enterprises. By joining our data team, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovations, helping our customers unlock the full potential of 3D data for more informed and effective decision-making.
What you’ll be doing:
Partnering with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with engineering, product, sales, customer success, data research, and product enablement teams to understand and address data challenges.
Improving Data Quality: Develop and investigate methods to continuously enhance data quality.
Enhancing Attribute Creation: Drive efforts to create and improve data attributes.
Providing Product Usage Insights: Analyze and deliver insights on product usage to inform decision-making.
Supporting Data Acquisition: Evaluate new data sources to support data acquisition initiatives.

What you have:

  • 2-5 years of experience working with data
  • Experience with data analysis using Python or other programming languages
  • Experience working with NoSQL databases
  • Highly proficient working with spreadsheets, e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets
  • Innate understanding of statistics
  • Project stewardship: Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for regular data health evaluations, address inquiries from researchers spanning various time zones
  • Strong presentation and storytelling ability: Illustrate a problem from conception to resolution and effectively communicate value to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Efficient task prioritization: Proficiency in thriving within dynamic work settings, own multiple projects in parallel and meeting deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills: Build rapport with stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and develop understanding of relevant technology, products, and markets
  • Possess a growth mindset: Passion to learn and consistently seek ongoing Improvement
  • Nice to have: Experience acquiring unstructured data from a wide variety of public sources
