This is a foundational hire for Fetch's first Senior Corporate Counsel, responsible for managing the company's corporate legal function, including IPO readiness, equity management, and capital raises. The role involves maintaining corporate records, drafting and executing board and stockholder consents, overseeing stock option plan administration, and managing secondary market transactions.
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 12+ years of legal experience with meaningful time spent in-house at a high-growth technology or consumer company
- Direct, in-house experience supporting one to two IPOs
- Demonstrated experience managing equity financing rounds as the internal corporate counsel lead
- Experience with venture debt and credit facilities
- Experience supporting corporate restructuring transactions
- Deep familiarity with cap table management, equity plan administration, and secondary transaction mechanics
- Exceptional drafting skills and the ability to work independently on complex corporate matters with minimal supervision
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, resource-efficient environment
