We are seeking a search-focused Performance Marketing Manager to lead our growth efforts across Apple and Google ecosystems. This role is primarily responsible for driving high-intent user acquisition through expert management of search-based channels.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a heavy focus on search platforms and mobile app growth.
- Expert-level knowledge of Apple Search Ads and the Google Ads ecosystem (including App Campaigns, YouTube, and PMax).
- Proven track record of managing large-scale budgets and delivering measurable growth results.
- Deep experience in designing and analyzing marketing experiments and creative A/B tests.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, BI tools, and Mobile Measurement Platforms (MMPs) such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch.
- Ability to adapt with agility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with creative and technical teams.
