The Brand and Influencer Partnerships Director is responsible for identifying, negotiating, and activating high impact partnerships across sports, entertainment, media, and lifestyle to grow brand love and drive business results. The ideal candidate should have 12+ years of experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, and brand strategy.
Requirements
- 12+ years of relevant experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, sports marketing, entertainment marketing, publishers collaborations, or lifestyle brand strategy.
- Demonstrated success negotiating and activating high visibility partnerships.
- Strong network across sports leagues, teams, talent, studios, media companies, and cultural institutions preferred.
- Deep understanding of how brands authentically participate in culture.
- Experience managing cross functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
- Comfortable leading negotiations and navigating contracts in partnership with Legal and Finance.
- Proven ability to connect big brand ideas to measurable business outcomes.
- Highly collaborative, adaptable, and energized by fast moving environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and external partners alike.
