Please note that this role is fully remote, and you can be based in the UK, France, or Luxembourg.

Your key responsibilities as a Lead Full Stack Engineer will include:

• Leading the technical architecture and engineering roadmap for systems supporting fee distribution, rebate calculation, and transactional data workflows.
• Guiding and mentoring developers while fostering strong engineering standards across backend, frontend, storage, and cloud components.
• Contributing hands‑on to critical areas of the codebase and ensuring secure, high‑quality, and scalable solutions.
• Driving cloud‑native, DevOps, and CI/CD best practices to ensure observability, reliability, and operational excellence.
• Partnering with Product, QA, UX, and cross‑functional engineering teams to align technical design with business needs.
• Overseeing system performance, production stability, and continuous improvement initiatives through testing, documentation, and incident reviews.

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Lead Full Stack Engineer:

• You have hands on experience delivering full‑stack solutions across modern backend, frontend, and relational database technologies such as C#, .NET, SQL, TypeScript frameworks (React / Angular) and microservices.
• You bring proven technical leadership or prior tech‑lead responsibilities within complex engineering environments.
• You possess strong knowledge of distributed systems, cloud‑native architectures, and DevOps principles.
• You have experience building, maintaining, and scaling production systems with high reliability.
• You demonstrate excellent communication, mentoring ability, and technical decision‑making skills.
• You will have fluency in both English and French
