FP&A Business Partner

FE fundinfo is a global leader in investment fund data and technology. FE fundinfo is seeking a FP&A Business Partner professional to join our team. The role is available either in India or Romania, however requires working UK office hours of 9am-5.30pm UK time.

Our Finance, Legal & Business Intelligence function is spread across our global offices. In summary, they manage the company’s finances, implement risk management controls and work closely with the commercial function to gather insights into our sales and marketing pipeline. 

This is a key role supporting decision making across a global organization. Initially time will be spent on running the business as usual financial analyses, but then expand to financial business partnering. This role would suit a either a qualified Senior FP&A Analyst looking to own their own reporting whilst expanding into business partnering and owning functional or business unit P&L’s.

Requirements

Your key responsibilities as a FP&A Business Partner will be to:

• Partner with executive members and senior stakeholders in the business
• Own a number of functional cost centers and business units
• Support business partners build up credible business plans and financial models
• Contribute towards budgeting, quarterly forecasting and long term financial strategic planning.
• Support the monthly OpCo / Board reporting such as Headcount, Attrition, FX etc.
• Support line manager with ad-hoc analyses and projects
• Drive automation of financial / data analysis and reporting by via Tableau / Power Bi

To join us as a FP&A Business Partner you will need the following experience and skills:

• You will have ·3-5 years in a high-paced data driven organization preferably from product / technology industry
• You will have demonstrable 3-5 years FP&A Business Partnering / Analyst experience
• You will have Microsoft Excel – Advance financial modelling experience and knowledge of complex formulas
• You will have knowledge of Microsoft PPT – insert graphs/shapes, alignment, clear communication
• You will have strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• You will have willingness to learn analytical tools such as Tableau and / or Power-BI
• You will have ability to work independently & be engaged on multiple workstreams at once
• Preferably you will be qualified accountant within Top 4 Accounting Firms (KPMG, PWC, Deloitte, E&Y)
