Job Description: RemoteProject Manager
Activities;
- Overseeing projects and coordinatingamongst team members.
- Managing administrative functions thatalign with project support.
- Monitoring project deliverables andperformance.
- Coordinating schedules, planning meetingsand travel.
- Undertaking research, collecting andanalyzing information.
- Assisting with event planning, includingworking with vendors, event coordinators, and design teams for on-sitecollateral.
- Other executive-level admin support asnecessary.
Skills;
- A minimum of 8 year;s experience in aproject management position.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workas needed.
·Excellent time management skills.
·Knowledge of online tools and software.
·Ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Excellent interpersonal communication andstrong writing skills.
·Highly organized.
- A team player who is proactive, flexible,results-oriented and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to work independently and underthe pressure of deadlines.
