Established in 2017, the company currently operates primarily within Africa, and it has secured nearly €50 million in funding from renowned global investors, including Tiger Global, DST, and Flourish Ventures. FairMoney maintains a strong international presence, with offices in several countries, including France, Nigeria, Germany, Latvia, the UK, Türkiye, and India.

In alignment with its vision, FairMoney is actively constructing the foremost mobile banking platform and point-of-sale (POS) solution tailored for emerging markets. The journey began with the introduction of a digital microcredit application exclusively available on Android and iOS devices. Today, FairMoney has significantly expanded its range of services, encompassing a comprehensive suite of financial products, such as current accounts, savings accounts, debit cards, and state-of-the-art POS solutions designed to meet the needs of both merchants and agents.

We are embarking on an exciting journey to expand our business by launching a remittance business. Our mission is to make cross-border money transfers easier, more efficient, and more accessible, particularly for the African diaspora residing in the UK, US, Europe, and Canada.

We are seeking an Inbound Sales Manager, who will be responsible for managing and expanding sales operations, and revenue-generating processes for B2B cross-border payments in the Market with demands for African trades.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales management within the fintech industry, ideally in B2B cross-border payments or related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of treasury management, FX rates, and currency risk management tools.
  • Track record of successfully scaling revenue and managing large-scale client relationships.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales performance metrics.
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on innovation and sustainable growth.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve scalable growth and sustainable revenue streams from a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Lead efforts to generate predictable volumes, net revenue, and gross profit, focusing on large volume traders including MTOs, financial institutions, corporates, SMEs, and brokers.
  • Optimize the end-to-end customer experience to enhance revenue generation and client retention.
  • Implement strategies to grow and diversify the client portfolio, ensuring stability and profitability.
  • Champion Our B2B Cross Border payment pooling business model to enhance client acquisition and growth.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders (marketing, partnerships, revenue operations, product, compliance, finance, and treasury) to align strategies and optimize business outcomes.
  • Analyze sales data and present insights to key stakeholders to drive informed business decisions and strategic adjustments.
  • Maintain an updated sales pipeline and conduct rigorous sales planning and forecasting.
