At Faes & Co., we are an investment firm focused on providing investors with consistent, stable, asset-backed returns. Based out of Santa Monica, California, our firm actively builds and invests in technology-enabled direct lending businesses, alongside our own private credit fund. Our flagship real estate lending fund (the Faes & Co Income Fund) invests in proprietary asset-backed dealflow originated by our group company F2 Finance, a technology-enabled real estate bridging finance lender operating across the United States.

We believe in disciplined underwriting, fast execution, and an analytical, evidence-based approach to credit. Our team brings nearly two decades of global experience in private credit, having previously built and scaled successful fintech companies including LendInvest, which became one of the largest non-bank mortgage lenders in the UK. We take a strict conservative approach to risk management, ensuring capital preservation remains the cornerstone of our investment strategy. Our unique business model combines building lending platforms with funds management, providing investors with closer proximity to underlying loans and effective risk mitigation.
