Requirements
- 3–5+ years in Training, QA, or Operations (BPO or similar)
- Experience managing QA Analysts or Trainers
- Strong understanding of QA frameworks and training methodologies
- Proven ability to coach and develop people
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
