Position: Mathematics Chart Analysis Expert
Type:Contract
Compensation:$67–$75/hour
Location:Remote
Commitment:20 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Author, review, and annotate technical tasks to evaluate AI model performance on mathematics problems.
• Produce original problem sets grounded in function plots, geometric figures, statistical charts, and mathematical diagrams.
• Write reference solutions and apply structured quality checks to ensure accuracy.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve training data quality and downstream performance.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• PhD in Mathematics, MS in Mathematics with 3+ years teaching, research, or applied work, or BS in Mathematics with 5+ years tutoring, contest coaching, or applied math work.
• Working fluency in at least two of: analysis, algebra, probability, combinatorics, numerical methods, applied math.
• Comfortable reading and interpreting function plots, geometric figures, statistical charts, and mathematical diagrams.
• Clear technical writing; able to articulate reasoning step-by-step in written form.
