The Training Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the full training lifecycle by partnering closely with the Senior Training Manager and Trainers to plan, coordinate, monitor, and continuously improve training operations. This role serves as a key operational support partner to the training team, ensuring that our trainers have the schedules, reporting, documentation, and administrative support needed to effectively deliver training and keep trainees progressing successfully.
💰 Hourly Salary Range: $20.67 – $25.48(based on experience, skills, and qualifications)
📍 Location: 100% Remote (U.S.-based)
✈️ Up to 10% annual travel(for team meetings and limited client onsite engagements.)
