Requirements
- 8+ years of engineering experience with a significant portion dedicated to shipping ML/LLM features to millions of active users
- Proficiency in Python/PyTorch and comfort with the modern LLM stack
- Understanding of the 'Uncensored' challenge and ability to moderate NSFW content effectively
- Intuition for alignment and ability to design nuanced, context-aware moderation systems
