Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in public cloud, Kubernetes, GitOps
- Observability through logs, metrics, and tracing
- Infrastructure-as-Code, Terraform, Helm
- Ability to read and understand application code (Go, Python, shell)
- Tech startups or similarly agile and fast-paced environment
- Strong communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English)
- Goal-oriented, ownership, and commitment
- Doer mindset - balancing execution, planning, and strategy
- Humble - willing to learn, open to feedback
- User-centricity - proud of what you build and share our obsession for amazing user experience
- Comfortable building products based on uncensored models and content
