Greece onlyWe currently have a vacancy for a Junior Java Developer with a focus on web technologies, to work remotely. The candidate will join a software development team that uses cutting edge technology (Java EE, Service-Oriented Architecture, Spring, web components, containerization) and implement challenging IT software projects, for major international public organizations. The candidate will receive adequate training and support to develop its career expectations.
You are based in one of our offices in Greece (Thessaloniki, Athens) or work fully remotely (from Greece / within EU).
Main responsibilities and tasks:
- Develop excellent quality web and back-end software, using state-of-the-art software development techniques and technologies;
- Participate and contribute in software architecture design.
Requirements
- University Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Software Engineering;
- Experience in Java development;
- Experience in a Database system and SQL;
- Experience in html/javascript/http;
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in any of the following technologies will be highly appreciated: Linux, Git, Maven, Spring Framework, JPA/Hibernate, angular/vue/react, docker.
