Euronet is seeking an experienced and strategic Demand Generation leader to drive end-to-end demand generation campaign strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in B2B demand generation, particularly within the financial services sector. The role requires a proven track record in conducting in-depth buyer research, developing compelling value propositions, crafting engaging copy across all marketing channels, creating and optimizing multi-channel campaigns, and optimizing marketing campaigns for maximum impact and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of a global Demand Generation strategy, aligning product, marketing, and sales efforts to create and nurture leads throughout the customer journey.
  • Actively participate in targeted marketing campaigns, content marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and other digital marketing initiatives to drive new qualified sales opportunities.
  • Oversee the development of persona-specific offers mapped across the customer journey and our funnel to engage target audiences with the right content through the right channel that generates pipeline growth.
  • Leverage deep expertise in marketing automation systems, CRM platforms, and other relevant technologies to optimize and streamline demand generation processes.
  • Measure & optimize campaign performance against revenue growth goals, provide recommendations based on key drivers to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Define target audiences, buyer personas and segments, and develop personalized messaging and content tailored to different stages of the buyer's journey.
  • Assist and guide the development of content marketing and thought leadership programs and materials and coordinate all promotional planning in support of these programs.
  • Select and partner with vendors and agency partners to drive performance in online and offline channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 10+ years experience in campaign management related to B2B marketing, with financial services industry being a plus.
  • Proven track record of developing & managing integrated end-to-end campaigns across multiple channels that lead to pipeline growth and deal velocity
  • Proficiency with marketing and sales automation systems, preferably ABM, Google Analytics, Wordpress and HubSpot.
  • Experience with tracking and preparing reporting analysis/insights related to key performance metrics for campaigns
  • Experience with target account strategy and segmentation to build target lists for demand gen campaigns
  • Ability to work with multiple data sources, analyze and translate them into insights
  • Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, innovative, and creative with strong project management skills, ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
