Payroll & Benefits Specialist (Part Time Fixed Term - Maternity Leave)

We are seeking a Part-Time, Temporary Payroll & Benefits Specialist to support our dynamic team and help us continue building the future of women's health. This role has two key accountabilities, Payroll Specialist & Benefits Administrator.

Requirements

• Prior payroll experience
• Experience in processing France, Germany, Italy or Belgium Payroll desirable
• Understanding of data protection regulations like GDPR
• Familiarity with payroll & HRIS systems
• Analytical skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain a consistent high level of attention to detail
• Team Player
• Ability to find a solution or to deal proactively with work-related problems
• Ability to multitask due to constantly changing priorities and opportunities
• Fluent in English written and oral communication
• Proficiency in other languages desirable
