We are Eptura, a global worktech company with a clear mission: to digitally connect people, workplaces, and assets through a unified platform, empowering our customers to thrive in the dynamic world of modern work. Our name itself signifies our goal to be at the 'epicenter of the future at work.' We are trusted by over 16,000 of the world's leading companies, including an impressive 40% of the Fortune 500, to help their people and businesses reach their full potential. Our community of 16.3 million users spans across 115 countries, a testament to our global reach and the universal need for smarter workplace solutions. With a dedicated team of over 1,000 employees distributed across 11 global offices, we are always available to support our clients, no matter their location.

Our journey began in 2022, when Thoma Bravo, a leading software investment firm, orchestrated the strategic merger of two industry powerhouses: Condeco, a global leader in workspace scheduling software, and iOffice + SpaceIQ, a giant in workplace and asset management. This combination was a direct response to the rapid evolution of the modern workplace and the growing demand for connected worktech. By integrating the extensive knowledge and experience of nine distinct products, we have created a single, comprehensive platform. This unified solution seamlessly brings together workplace experience, space planning, visitor management, facility and asset management, and preventive maintenance. We are also proud of our strategic alliances, such as our partnership with Autodesk to integrate design and build data into operations for enhanced efficiency and sustainability, and as a Microsoft solutions provider, we've woven our intelligent technology into Microsoft 365 to foster both in-person and hybrid collaboration.
