Professional Services Consultant - Packaging Domain

The Professional Services Consultant will be responsible for providing professional services to new and existing ePS customers’ Print and Packaging industry. Services can include requirements gathering, analysis, solution configuration, training, consulting, and project management. Services are provided for multiple concurrent projects at client’s locations and remotely.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver professional services around the setup and use of EPS's Packaging MIS Suite and related components.
• Provide end-user training to office and plant personnel
• Ensure client issues are identified quickly, forwarded to the proper resources and resolved in a timely manner to ensure key project milestones are met
• Work with EPS clients to analyze and interpret business requirements, provide customized solutions within the core product while offering industry best practices.
• Align and Document the requirements identified during Discovery.
• Align and Document the Solution Design Document and highlight any non-standard workflows.
• Align and discuss to review KPI’s with EPS’s clients during the Solution Implementation.
• Organize and schedule client customization deliverables as required by EPS client Professional Services projects, in conjunction with EPS Project Manager/ Functional Manager.
• Provide ERP and industry specific knowledge transfer utilizing EPS consulting methodology and documentation for Packaging.
• Duly call off milestones assigned.
• Develop and Execute the implementation of manufacturing and business systems meeting schedule, budget, and scope definitions.
• Responsible for delivering the manufacturing and business execution of Software applications to customer satisfaction and meeting agreed-upon success criteria.
• Responsible for customer adoption of the EPS manufacturing and business execution of Software applications
• Develop and deliver Consulting Services around the use of manufacturing and business execution Software applications.
• Develop and maintain standardized training documentation and supporting materials.
• Ensure any client issues are identified quickly, forwarded to the proper resources, and resolved in a timely manner to ensure key project milestones are met.
• Work with EPS clients to analyze and interpret business requirements; provide customized solutions within the core product while offering industry best practices.
• Work in collaboration with the project team members to ensure project objectives are being met.
• Be an Ambassador of EPS!

Secondary Responsibilities

• Work with Sales Teams to develop solutions proposals and budgets for future projects
• Work with clients to identify and document business priorities and performance measures across multiple departments within the client organization
• Work with clients to identify and document As Is and To Be business processes
• Work with internal and external technical resources to identify integrated solutions and develop implementation plans and budgets.
• Coordinate solution delivery across multiple teams including management of risk and scope.
• Document best practices and harvest knowledge from implementations to facilitate the leveraging of lessons learned in future projects

Education

• BE in Print/ Packaging and/or Post Graduate Diploma in Packaging

Experience Requirements

• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning / Management Information Systems
• Excellent organizational, communication, written and problem-solving skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Spanish, Chinese, French or German language fluency (Bonus)
• Multitasking and multidisciplinary environment extensive experience
• A strong technical background and solid knowledge of the following would be considered an asset. Preferable experience with IT and or implementation in ERP’s such as SAP or JDE.
• Must be able to manage multiple priorities
• Working knowledge of Client/Server architecture
• Packaging industry experience specializing in corrugate segment
• You are a self-starter, able to motivate one-self
• Be able to work alone and within a team
• Willingness to travel, including international travel
• Possess a valid passport
• Willing to work in shifts.
