We are seeking a proactive and commercially driven HR Business Partner to support our operations across the APAC region. The ideal candidate will have HRBP experience in the Philippines and strong business acumen, operational excellence, and flexibility to collaborate across global time zones.
Requirements
- Relevant professional HR qualification
- Experience in a Data Centre Environment is preferred
- 5-9 years of HR experience, including 4+ years in an HRBP role, ideally in Managed Services, IT, or a dynamic multinational setting
- Strong understanding of employment laws and HR practices across multiple APAC countries
- Experience partnering across global time zones and collaborating with international leadership teams (UK/US exposure preferred)
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate business strategy into people strategy
- High level of discretion, sound judgment, and ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
