The Coordinator, Global Events supports the execution of Global Events, including Explorations, Universities, Global Leadership Conference, and Leadership Academies, with a focus on registration management, attendee experience, communications coordination, and operational logistics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and two or more years administrative experience, association work, event planning or coordination related work
- Proficiency in MS Excel is a must
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office presentations tools
- Exceptional customer service and organizational skills, with the ability to support entrepreneurial audiences with high expectations and attention to detail
- Demonstrate a solution-oriented mindset and promote quality through continuous performance improvement
- Works harmoniously and effectively with others as part of a team
- Knowledge of Canva, project management software like Monday.com, C events desirable
- A self-starter who desires to show ownership and commitment to the job
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% -15% of the time
