The Meta Ads Manager is responsible for the strategic development, execution, and optimization of Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns for U.S.-based client accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of audience psychology, ad creative strategy, testing frameworks, and data-driven optimization.
Requirements
- 2-5 years hands-on Meta Ads management experience
- Strong understanding of audience targeting and creative testing frameworks
- Experience installing and troubleshooting Meta Pixel and CAPI
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel or CRM integration systems
- Understanding of funnel-based marketing strategies
- Ability to work full-time aligned with U.S. Eastern Time
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
