Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Reporting Solutions Analyst with advanced Excel proficiency, strong data analysis capabilities, and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. This individual contributor role supports clients by ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful data reporting while resolving a wide range of issues across tracking, file structure, company solutions, and data quality.

You will be a critical point of contact for reporting delivery, data validation, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

Analyze, clean, and validate large datasets using Excel and SQL

Generate, automate, and distribute client-facing reports

Investigate and resolve data discrepancies and tracking issues

Respond to technical inquiries and troubleshoot client issues

Collaborate with client teams to ensure reporting accuracy and campaign success

Maintain documentation of recurring workflows, findings, and resolutions

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
