We are looking for a Technical Account Manager with English and Portuguese language skills to join our Customer Excellence team.
As a Technical Account Manager you will manage day-to-day technical queries, investigations, and issues, maintaining subsequent technical relationships with internal and external customers through to resolution. Apply in-depth knowledge of implementations with API/Platform/Publisher clients and reduce overall time-to-resolution for assigned tickets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and / or JavaScript or any other scripting language is a plus.
- 1-5 years of experience helping customers achieve their desired outcomes; ideally in customer support, ad ops, technical services, or business operations/program management capacity.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills (English/Spanish/Portuguese)
- History of collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams is a plus.
- Language proficiency required English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

- Tag-related issues, implementation concerns, data feeds, and reporting.
- Debug reported delivery discrepancies.
- Resolve PMI campaign issues.
- Extracting information.
- Pulling and reviewing performance data.
- Investigate possible issues.
