About Enna
Enna was founded by Emily Banks in 2019. The idea for Enna came from both personal experience and professional insight. After being diagnosed with ADHD, Emily began to reflect on the challenges she had faced navigating traditional work environments. While working in corporate banking, she saw firsthand the significant lack of neurodiversity in the workplace, from graduate roles to executive leadership. It became clear that neurodivergent talent was being overlooked, not because of a lack of skills or ability, but because of rigid hiring practices and workplace cultures that weren't built with neurodivergent minds in mind. Determined to change this, Emily founded Enna to break down these barriers and help organisations embrace neurodivergent talent. Through specialist neuro-inclusion services, Enna supports businesses in creating truly inclusive workplaces, ones where neurodivergent individuals don't just get hired but can thrive and reach their full potential.
What started as a passion project to help neurodivergent job-seekers has grown into a movement. Enna (formerly Stack Recruitment) was renamed to Enna in 2021. At Enna, they are on a mission to create a world where neurodivergent talent isn't just accepted, it's actively sought after, celebrated, and empowered to thrive. They help employers unlock the value of neurodiversity by building inclusive hiring processes, workplace cultures, and support systems that work for everyone. From the first interview to long-term career progression, Enna supports organisations to attract, recruit, and retain neurodivergent talent, not out of charity or something 'nice to do', but because it drives innovation, creativity, and competitive advantage. Enna Global is a London based neurodiversity training, audit, consultancy and recruitment organisation, helping businesses benefit from neurodivergent talent. They support neurodivergent job seekers in finding meaningful roles where they are valued, understood, and empowered to thrive. They work with employers and partners across the UK and globally, offering recruitment, training, audits, and consultancy—delivered both in person and remotely.
