Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an integrated inbound content strategy focused on web, blog, and long-form asset optimization for SEO and AIO.
- Drive and manage a company-wide blog content plan tied to keyword strategy, funnel stages, and product positioning.
- Collaborate with Marketing Ops, Creative, and Content teams to optimize long-form assets (eBooks, decks, etc.) for visibility and lead generation.
- Partner with agency vendors to align paid and organic strategies, including keyword targeting and performance insights.
- Write, test, and optimize landing page content for marketing campaigns to ensure engagement and conversion.
- Bring an experimentation mindset, using AI tools and platforms to increase content velocity, quality, and performance.
- Measure and report on content ROI using GA4, HubSpot, and keyword performance platforms.
Preferred Experience & Skills
- 4-7 years of experience in B2B SaaS content marketing, with a strong emphasis on inbound, SEO, and demand generation.
- Proven ability to lead SEO-driven content strategy and manage a publishing calendar tied to campaign themes.
- Expertise in on-page SEO and AIO (AI optimization) techniques, tools, and workflows.
- Strong writing and editing skills across formats—from web copy to blogs to gated content.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to connect content to marketing pipeline and revenue goals.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing external vendors or agencies.
Pay Range: $70,000 - $85,000 + bonus. Pay is commensurate on a variety of factors, including experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.
