As a Java FullStack Developer at Emergn, you’ll help us shape Emergn’s exciting future and play an important role in our growth.

We want you to:
- Take responsibility over designing, coding, testing and deploying Java-based applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, architecture and delivery timelines.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
You’re a perfect fit if you have:
- 4+ years of experience in Java development.
- Experience with front-end technologies(VueJS) and RESTful API development.
- Proven experience with Microservices and JWT OAuth 2.
- Expertise with PostgreSQL Database.
- Proficiency in Latvian (written, verbal), and required to be a Latvian citizen.
Nice to have:
- Experience in HTML, CSS, React JS, Typescript.
- Government project experience.
- GitLab (GitLab pipelines)
- Proficiency in version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines (YAML).
- Knowledge of containerization (Kubernetes).
Location requirement:
- Although this position offers the possibility to work remotely, you must be based anywhere in Latvia.
