Requirements
- Collaborates with stakeholders to understand and help identify possible approaches to achieving capability changes needed to support business outcomes
- Manages & coordinates learning programs through all phases
- Designs learning interventions that satisfy project objectives and fit into learning ecosystem
- Curates and develops internal and external content into meaningful learning experiences
- Works with Change Leaders to initiate & implement a learning portfolio
- Designs, manages, analyzes, and reports on learning metrics
- Communicates with multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless professional implementation of learning and development programs
