About the Role

This is an entry‑level / junior role designed for someone early in their career who is eager to gain hands‑on experience with modern data infrastructure and AI‑enabled workflows. The role supports post‑deployment activities related to data pipelines, integrations, and experimentation environments used by technology and product development teams.

You will work closely with data engineers, machine learning researchers, and product teams to help ensure systems run smoothly, issues are documented and resolved, and operational processes continue to improve. Guidance and mentorship are provided, with opportunities to grow technical depth over time. Supports post-deployment activities related to data pipelines, machine learning workflows, and product integrations. This entry-level role focuses on assisting with the maintenance and troubleshooting of modern data stack tools and AI research infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining data pipelines using tools like Airflow and DBT.

  • Help troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues across internal systems and external APIs.

  • Support the setup and operation of LLM-related experiments, including prompt evaluation and fine-tuning workflows.

  • Document standard procedures, pipeline behaviors, and recurring issues.

  • Collaborate with data engineers, ML researchers, and product teams to ensure smooth post-deployment operations.

  • Escalate complex technical challenges to senior team members.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with SQL, DBT, or similar data transformation tools.

  • Exposure to data orchestration frameworks like Airflow or Prefect.

  • Interest in large language models and experience with tools like OpenAI, Hugging Face, Ollama, or LangChain is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-moving, research-informed environment.
