RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING REMOTE AND LOCAL TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR ALL ELEKTA PRODUCTS IN
LATIN AMERICA IN ORDER TO KEEP THE EQUIPMENT IN GOOD WORKING ORDER THROUGHOUT THE LIFECYCLE.

• HAVE A FLEXIBLE WORK SCHEDULE ACCORDING TO THE NEEDS OF THE DEPARTMENT IN ORDER TO ENSURE THE EQUIPMENT UPTIME.

• ACTIVITIES INCLUDE PREVENTIVE AND CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE, UPGRADES, REPORTING THE WORK DONE AND EXPENDITURES, BESIDES TOOLS AND TEST EQUIPMENT CALIBRATION MANAGEMENT.

• ALL ENTRIES MUST BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECURITY AND QUALITY POLICIES OF ELEKTA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• OBTAIN CERTIFICATION IN EOE I AND EOE II COURSES OR EQUIVALENT.

• OBTAIN CERTIFICATION IN TECHNICAL BRACHYTHERAPY COURSES WHEN ENROLLED.

• OBTAIN CERTIFICATION IN TECHNICAL STEREOTAXY COURSES WHEN ENROLLED.

• KNOW ALL FUNCTIONS OF THE LINEAR ELECTRON ACCELERATOR.

• PERFORM PREVENTIVE AND CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE, CORRECTLY FILLING THE REQUIRED REPORTS.

• KEEP 100% TREATED CASES PROPERLY UPDATED IN CLM IN NO MORE THAN TWO BUSINESS DAYS AFTER COMPLETION OF THE ACTIVITY.

• REPORT ON A DAYLY BASIS THE WORKED HOURS AT THE APROPRIETE PLATFORM.

• KEEP THE FIELD CHANGE ORDERS ON-TIME ACROSS THE INSTALLED BASE (0% OVERDUE FCOS).

• HAVE A CALL CLEARANCE RATE VIA INTELLIMAX IN THE ORDER OF 25%.

• KNOW HOW TO CORRECTLY HANDLE THE NECESSARY TOOLS FOR EACH SERVICE.

• DESCRIBE ANY PART OF THE EQUIPMENT THROUGH ITS NOMENCLATURE.

• KEEP THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBLE TECHNICIAN INFORMED ABOUT THE PROGRESS / TERMINATION OF THE CALL AND ACTIONS TAKEN.

• UPDATE THE STATUS OF THE CALL WITH SUPPORT AT THE TIME OF ENDING OF THE SERVICES RENDERED.

• ENSURE MAINTENANCE OF PROVIDED WORK TOOLS.

• PARTICIPATE IN CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT PROCESSES.

Qualifications:

• TECHNICAL DEGREE IN ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING, ELECTRONICS ENGINEERING OR RELATED

• ADVANCED ENGLISH LEVEL,

• REGULAR KNOWLEDGE OF COMPUTERS AND SOFTWARE SYSTEMS

• COMMUNICATION SKILLS

• GOOD INTERPERSONAL SKILLS

• NATIONAL DRIVING LICENSE LEVEL B

• AVAILABILITY TO TRAVEL AND KEEP A VALID PASSPORT.
