The role involves working closely with marketing, sales, and IT partners to turn business needs into actionable user stories and analyzing metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in Marketing, Sales Operations, or a related field.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, Marketo is a plus, but not required.
- Familiarity with Salesforce; admin experience is a bonus.
- Experience or interest in AI-powered tools like Conversica is a plus.
- Dedication to thoroughness and effective execution, with a strong ability to take accountability for outcomes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to adjust the level of detail depending on the audience.
- Data-driven decision-making, including using available data or establishing new processes to capture vital information for informed decisions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, technology, or a related field.
