As part of our growing footprint in the Americas, we continue to strengthen our regional FP&A capabilities to support strategic decision-making and operational performance across multiple countries and business lines.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join the Americas FP&A team. This role is critical in consolidating financial information across 7 countries and more than 30 legal entities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and supporting strategic initiatives across the region.

The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, thrives in a dynamic, multi-entity environment, and is comfortable designing or improving processes to meet evolving reporting requirements. This role works closely with the CFO Americas, country and regional CFOs, and the Group FP&A team in France, providing high-quality insights that support both regional leadership and group-level reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Consolidation

  • Lead the consolidation of monthly and quarterly reporting packages for the Americas region across multiple countries and entities.
  • Support the monthly flash reporting process, ensuring timely and accurate submission of key performance indicators and financial results.
  • Validate, review, and challenge data submitted by country finance teams, identifying anomalies, inconsistencies, and improvement areas.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations and reporting materials for Group Finance in France and senior regional leadership.

Budgeting, Forecasting & Business Planning

  • Support the annual business plan, budgeting, and forecasting cycles for all Americas entities.
  • Consolidate financial inputs and ensure alignment with Group FP&A guidelines and timelines.
  • Provide analytical insights on trends, risks, and opportunities across the region.

General & Administrative (G&A) Reporting

  • Oversee G&A reporting and analysis for the Americas region, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and alignment with group expectations.
  • Work with functional leaders to monitor performance and identify cost-optimization opportunities.

Process Improvement & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Develop, enhance, or streamline reporting processes to meet evolving business and group requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with the Group FP&A team to ensure consistency of methodologies, reporting formats, and analytical standards.
  • Support integration or migration of financial data from multiple systems, improving data quality and reporting automation where possible.
  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis and decision-support to the CFO Americas.
  • CPA would be asset; additional financial certifications or advanced degrees are an asset.
  • 3 to 7 years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or similar analytical roles.
  • Experience within multinational organizations or multi-entity consolidation strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, FP&A processes, and performance management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems and financial consolidation tools is an advantage.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to identify anomalies in large datasets.
  • Ability to “think outside the box,” adapt quickly, and excel in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and cross-country teams.

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to work in a global organization with exposure to regional and group-level leadership.
  • A dynamic, challenging environment with significant opportunities for professional growth.
  • A collaborative culture focused on innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence in financial management.
