EDURINO is a new way of educational gaming loved by kids and parents alike. We rethink how kids learn and play with our hybrid learning system that combines a digital app, real figurines and our ergonomic stylus. Our team is dedicated to creating innovative and interactive, game-based learning experiences for preschoolers between 4-8+ years old.

Role Purpose
The role as VP Marketing & Growth at EDURINO during parental leave cover is crucial in steering our international growth. You will collaborate with the founder and leadership team to drive strategic initiatives, contributing to the continued success of our innovative kids’ product. Your expertise will be pivotal in developing and executing marketing strategies, creating brand awareness, and fostering growth. Additionally, you will be leading the UK & DACH Marketing team, playing a key role in developing and executing these strategies collaboratively with the team.

Your mission at EDURINO
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Create go-to-market strategies for the UK and potentially other new markets.
Analyse market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and refine marketing strategies accordingly.
Together with the team, optimize our own shop and Amazon presence to create engaging and converting customer journeys.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales, to ensure alignment and cohesive execution of marketing initiatives.
Oversee the development and implementation of data-driven marketing campaigns, building and leveraging analytics to optimize performance and ROI.
Manage a significant marketing budget and allocate channel investments based on company targets.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
