We are looking for someone to play an important part in our company’s product Agile development process.

Our ideal Quality Assurance Engineer’s responsibilities include developing quality standards, designing and implementing behaviorally-driven test plans and test suites, performing and automating those test cases, identifying issues in the production of our product in a reproducible manner, and defining potential corrective actions.

We want to meet you if you enjoy strategically testing software, automating those tests, identifying defects, and improving quality processes across software solutions.

  • Review product requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
  • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
  • Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
  • Document product defects in a clear, reproducible manner in Jira and Xray
  • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the Agile software development lifecycle
  • Develop and execute automated tests using Selenium, Playwright, and other testing tools
  • Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience as a QA specialist, QA analyst, QA engineer or similar role
  • Working knowledge of tools, methods and concepts of quality assurance in a software environment
  • Experience writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with Selenium, PlayWright, WebdriverIo or similar automated test frameworks preferred
  • Knowledge around Java, Javascript/Typescript, or Python scripting or development preferred
