Job Description

The Instructional Designer will drive instructional research, design, and administration of impactful learning experiences aligned with internal strategic initiatives. Collaborating closely with the Academy team, this role emphasizes innovative learning approaches to optimize learner engagement and outcomes.

• Conducting instructional research and learner analysis to design effective learning solutions.
• Creating engaging online courses, interactive learning experiences, instructional scripts, and simulations.
• Analyzing learning metrics to continuously improve instructional content and LMS usability.
• Collaborating across teams, including SMEs and senior content professionals, to ensure high-quality learning outcomes.
• Overseeing LMS administration, supporting users, and maintaining system effectiveness and compliance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in instructional design, with a focus on evidence-based methodologies.
• Strong skills in learner analysis, educational research, and instructional evaluation.
• Proficiency with common LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools.
• Exceptional collaborative and communication abilities for working effectively across diverse teams.
• C2 English skills with outstanding instructional writing, editing, storytelling, and interactive digital learning design skills.

And nice to have...

• Experience with microlearning strategies and adaptive learning techniques.
• Certification in instructional design or adult learning methodologies.
