Your Opportunity
In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You will break down complex problems into steps that drive product development. You will work closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, and customers, to help design and develop technologies that improve access to library analytics to aid decision making. You will be responsible for guiding products throughout the development cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.
This remote position is U.S.-based only (excluding U.S. territories).
What You’ll Do
- Define and articulate the product vision and strategy for modern Analytics features and products, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals
- Own, define, and drive the product roadmap and manage the entire product lifecycle from concept through strategic planning to product launches and go-to-market strategies
- Work with customers to internalize and understand their needs and develop a strategic product roadmap to address these needs
- Collaborate with a team of product owners, analysts and developers fostering a culture of innovation and excellence while driving development work to completion
- Drive development and secure buy-in for a product vision that identifies, defines, and supports the overall product vision and direction
- Work closely with sales and customer service and implementation to ensure successful product and feature launches as well as an open channel for communication and support to enable happy customer experiences
- Define, identify, collect, and track appropriate product or business metrics, both quantitative and qualitative for new or existing products
- Communicate frequently with internal and external customers at a senior level on analytics vision and roadmap

About You
- 7+ years of experience working in an academic library
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role
- 5+ years leading functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk and/or complexity
- 5+ years leading others to solve complex problems; uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions
What sets you apart:
- Master's degree in a technology, library or analytics related field.
- Experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership
- 5+ years leading others to solve complex problems in the library & research marketplace using sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions.
- 5+ years of experience managing direct reports.
Our Offer to You:
Target Annual Compensation Range: $121,910 - $174,160
The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, education, training, and experience, as well as the position’s work location.
