The Account Executive, Government Sales - Africa will focus on securing new business for EarthDaily’s products and services, primarily within government departments and agencies. This is a remote position with a focus on prospecting, closing deals, and leveraging existing government contacts to maximize revenue growth.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent in a technical field (or MBA)
- 5+ years experience in a quota-carrying customer-facing role with a SaaS or technical solution
- Strong experience in developing and managing opportunities with large enterprise and government accounts
- Established professional networks with government agencies across Africa
- Deep knowledge of government policies and organizational structure in Africa
- Strong proficiency in English and one or more regional languages
- Team player with proactive and positive attitude
- Strong work ethic and self-drive
- Understanding of the sales cycle
- Experience with CRM software
