Dyson is offering double the incentive when you have successfully referred an individual who have met both of the following criteria in succession:

1. The individual must have been referred by a Dyson employee to attend ‘Discover Dyson Cebu Virtual Event’, and

2. After attending the event, the referee applies for a role in Dyson Philippines and successfully onboards on or before 31 December 2024.

Kindly note that after you’ve submitted a referral for this event, it does not guarantee your referee a slot at the event. Referees will receive an email confirmation with the event link directly from Dyson’s Talent Acquisition Team.

• Deadline for submission of referrals is April 8, 2024.
• ​The candidates referred must be for roles in Philippines only.
• Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years relevant work experience.
• Candidates referred must not have been interviewed by Dyson in the last 12 months.
• Referral bonus amounts are set at Category 3.
• The candidate referred is not currently being paid for any services by Dyson directly or by third parties, i.e. contingent worker, agencies or consultants.
• Vacancy is not a graduate, intern, temporary or seasonal vacancy.
