Job Description:
The DCX Talent Acquisition Coordinator will work as a full-time internal employee at DCX. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by your designated internal team.
The daily tasks will vary so it will be necessary to be very flexible in this position. Other necessary characteristics of the job include having a strong attention to detail, ability to work well with co-workers, and a desire to learn new work skills.

Role Details

Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 CST
Workdays: Monday through Friday

Salary Grade: PHP 25,000.00 – PHP 33,000.00
Job Responsibilities
Actively involves in administrative Human Resources, specifically, Talent Acquisition responsibilities;
Actively assists in the setting-up and facilitation of client-facing meetings;
Assists the HR Leadership Executive during client-facing meetings and ensures good flow of candidates’ transitions;
Coordinates with the candidates regarding the details of client-facing meetings and other post-meetings activities;
Assists in follow-ups regarding clients’ questions and/or concerns;
Actively involves in curation and upkeep of the DCX Applicant Tracking Systems and/or Human Resources Information System;
Assists other HR Functions in creating and maintaining DCX brand through job postings and advertisements;
Generates and accomplishes reports and updates dashboards and metrics related to Talent Acquisition;
Assists in the further development of the Human Resources department; and
Performs other tasks analogous to the foregoing
Additional Job Requirements
Education: A degree in Communication, Human Resources or Psychology required
3+ years of professional Human Resources experience
1-3 years of professional recruitment experience
2+ years of executive assistance is an advantage
