Key responsibilities

• Contacting internal and external partners from different countries
• Dealing with dunning letters
• Preparing reports and manual payments in a timely manner
• Performing actions required by management

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of English (at least B2)
• Focus on customer’s needs
• Very good interpersonal and communication skills
