Requirements
- Degree in Chemical or Technical Engineering or Masters in Metalworking
- Several years of commercial experience, preferably in B2B consumable goods industry
- Experience in Metal Working / Metal Working Fluids industry/Industrial Lubricants
- Entrepreneurial attitude, extrovert, self-motivator, diplomatic, sense of humor, internationally oriented
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build and develop cross-functional relationships
- Strong communication, selling and presentation skills, but also analytical
- Flexible mind, able to cope with different cultures
