Requirements
- Several years of experience in technical sales within the Polyurethane industry
- Leadership experience in leading and developing sales teams, preferably in an international or matrix organization
- Excellent negotiation skills and experience managing complex customer relationships at senior level
- Fluent German and English skills and willingness to travel regularly within the DACH region
