DSI Systems Inc., the nation’s largest home services distributor, has an immediate career opportunity in our Field Operations Department. We are looking for a self-motivated, self-starter with the ability to complete multiple tasks by specific deadlines with little supervision. The right candidate can effectively and clearly communicate while paying attention to detail.
As the Field Operations Complex Manager, you will train employees, coordinate tasks, monitor performance, set operational goals, evaluate progress, manage budgets, and report to upper-level management. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker. You will help agents to develop and be productive while ensuring our profits are on the rise.
This role is 100% remote, you must reside in the United States.
Up to 25% travel to meet with clients and attend the annual DSI National Sales meeting.

Responsibilties
- Oversee day-to-day activities within the department
- Accomplish department objectives and goals by managing and helping staff
- Assist with designing strategic processes that help the department reach and set goals for growth
- Client communication and supporting the team to achieve client goals
- Maintain quality service by enforcing quality and customer/technician service standards
- Analyze and resolve quality and customer/technician trends and recommend system improvements
- Ensure agents work productively and develop professionally
- Evaluate and improve processes and financial performance
- Prepare regular reporting for upper leadership when requested
- Prepare daily reporting for agents
- Coach, counsel, and train agents
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
Requirements
- Management experience required, preferably in Field Operations
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Real-time problem-solving skills and the ability to coach and assist others
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Knowledge and ability to use SARA Plus, Web Tracker, and Sales Force; will train the right candidate
