Law Clerk - Seasonal position providing administrative and operational support to Compliance and Legal departments, preparing regulatory documentation, and maintaining pharmacy licensing information.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in administrative support, compliance, legal, or healthcare-related roles preferred
- Basic understanding of regulatory processes and documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with document management systems and electronic signature platforms preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to review documents for accuracy and completeness
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
