Business Development Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support business development activities including researching potential clients, competitors, and market trends to help identify new business opportunities
• Provide administrative support to the business team, including coordinating meeting and event arrangements, preparing meeting materials, arranging travel, and coordinating with the team to reasonably arrange business budgets and expenses
• Assist the head of the business team to formulate business strategies, write business reports and proposals, supervise the proposal process, and maintain business partner relationships
• Follow up and coordinate business affairs, including coordinating communication and cooperation among teams, tracking project progress, and dealing with requests and demands from partners
• Support marketing team on marketing workflow management
• Support venture team on venture deal flow management and portfolio management
• Other projects/duties as assigned for the overall benefit of the organization

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or above in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
• Above 2 years prior experience in a similar role, and relevant experience in sales, marketing, or customer service can be an advantage
• Consultant working experience in Big Four (EDPK)
• Understanding Blockchain or Crypto, relevant working experience is preferred
• English native and Mandarin fluent
• Excellent communication skills including verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills in market research and data analysis
• Effective time management and organizational skills
