Job Information
Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with end-user customer segments and independent reseller network for Ignite. Identify new customer opportunities and drive sales volume in order to meet company objectives.
Role & Responsibility
- Work to increase sales to new and current customers in rental, construction, landscaping, and agriculture industries.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key accounts and decision makers.
- Collaborate with resellers to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and review sales data and contribute to sales forecasting.
- Drive revenue growth and market share improvement through proactive action plans.
- Respond to customer orders and troubleshoot any issues to resolution.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and exceed customer expectations.
- Utilize and provide constructive feedback regarding sales administration processes and tools to improve customer satisfaction and sales productivity.
- Escalate and work with cross-functional stakeholders for complex issue resolution and product or process improvement.
The salary range for this position is $55,000 - 74,000, depending on experience and other factors.
