The Marketing team at Domino is always in the process of combining world-class execution with an innovation that’s expected from a leader in Enterprise AI. We seek to build a predictable, agile, and efficient team that will allow us to scale to new heights and grow our customer base of Fortune 2000 enterprise accounts in key verticals. Our strategy will require coordination, communication, and prioritization across all marketing functions to drive real-world value to our prospects, analysts, investors, and customers.
What your impact will be
- In your first year, your impact will be to help drive the launch of Domino’s latest innovations and improve the predictability, efficiency, and innovation of Marketing
- You will be a central player in the cross-departmental definition of the marketing strategy, execution of this strategy, impact measurement and subsequent improvements
- Critical role in driving and executing successful and highly visible strategic marketing initiatives that have a significant impact on pipeline and brand awareness for Domino
What we look for in this role
- Process and Execution Excellence – Based on the strategy, manage and develop marketing execution processes and work closely with marketing leads.
- Drive critical initiative and provide clear-cut communication for projects, deadlines, and all marketing operational aspects.
- Marketing Liaison with Cross-Functional Stakeholders: Drive cross-functional alignment on key initiatives with Finance, Sales Operations, Product Teams, Customer Marketing, HR, IT, and Legal.
- Budget Planning & Management – Oversees the marketing budget portfolio to align to key priorities and fiscal year revenue targets.
- Support the team to execute as a world-class marketing organization by defining our marketing priorities, evaluating gaps, and assessing the activities required to fill them.
- Performance Management & Reporting – Implement regular reporting of global marketing activities with the marketing leaders. Measure all marketing performance against fiscal business goals.
- Ownership of weekly and monthly marketing reporting and quarterly marketing QBR process in collaboration with RevOps and the marketing leaders..
- Strategic Planning & Execution – Drive annual planning with marketing leaders, and critical stakeholders in alignment with company strategic priorities, marketing focus, and financial guidelines.

The annual US base salary range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and location. Additional benefits for this role may include: equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; 401(k) plan; medical, dental, and vision benefits; and wellness stipends.
Compensation Range $187,000—$225,000 USD
