We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing Sales team at Doinstruct. In this role, you’ll work within industry/vertical clusters alongside multiple Account Executives (AEs) and fellow SDRs, collaborating through team syncs and shared planning sessions to build a strong pipeline of qualified leads. What You’ll Do
Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify, research, and engage potential customers via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Qualify Inbound Leads: Respond to inbound leads, assess their needs, and schedule discovery calls.
Collaborate with AEs and SDRs: Work closely within your cluster to optimize outreach strategies, share insights, and ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
Maintain CRM Hygiene: Log activities and keep lead information updated in HubSpot.
Continuous Learning & Adaptation: Improve outreach techniques through feedback, training, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in B2B SaaS Sales: Around 1 year of experience as an SDR or similar sales role within a B2B SaaS environment.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
Curiosity & Proactiveness: A genuine interest in understanding customer pain points and presenting tailored solutions.
Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple leads at once while keeping detailed records of outreach efforts.
