Job Title: Program Manager, Clinical Training

Location: Remote

Salary Range: $80,000-$90,000

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

The Program Manager, Clinical Training will support the practice by building and scaling robust clinical education programs for virtual and mobile health care models. This role is responsible for end-to-end training strategy and execution for clinicians across new and existing partner programs.

You will own training implementation for program launches, ensuring clinicians are equipped with the technical, clinical, and operational knowledge required to deliver high-quality care from day one. This is a highly visible role that operates at the intersection of Clinician Enablement, Product, and Partner Success.

Key Responsibilities

Training Strategy & Program Development

  • Design, build and maintain a comprehensive learning ecosystem for clinical staff
  • Develop roles-based curricula for programs aligned to clinical readiness standards
  • Define clear learning objectives and outcomes using adult learning best practices
  • Partner cross-functionally to identify skills gaps and translate them into targeted training interventions

Training Delivery & Implementation

  • Own end-to-end training delivery for new hire onboarding, program launches and workflow changes.
  • Build and manage a scalable training infrastructure including LMS administration, content libraries, SOPs and job aids.
  • Ensure 100% clinician training completion for all assigned programs
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clinician training questions and support

Program Launch Execution

  • Own end-to-end training implementation for new and existing partner programs
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to translate requirements into training deliverables
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and manage multiple launches simultaneously
  • Ensure clinicians are fully prepared to use systems and workflows at go-live

Operations, Quality & Performance

  • Maintain high quality and consistency across all training programs
  • Act as a point of contact for clinical training related issues
  • Participate in clinical operations incidents and contribute to resolution efforts
  • Use data-driven insights to evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve programs
  • Prepare and present training performance reports to stakeholders

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Clinical, Implementations, Product, and leadership on training needs and workforce readiness
  • Support employee development initiatives, engagement, and performance enablement

Technology & Systems

  • Own and maintain training content within the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring data accuracy
  • Quickly learn and train clinicians on multiple technology platforms
  • Ensure all training aligns with HIPAA and regulatory compliance standards

Day-to-Day Activities

  • Develop and update training materials for partner programs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on evolving training needs
  • Support clinicians with real-time questions and troubleshooting
  • Track training completion and effectiveness metrics
  • Continuously refine content based on feedback and performance data

Qualifications

Required

  • 3-5 years in training, L&D, program management
  • Background in technical and clinical training content development
  • Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or virtual care environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple programs under tight deadlines
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with LMS platforms and training analytics

Preferred

  • Experience working with clinicians (physicians, APPs, care teams)
  • Knowledge of Jira
